Methodology

An evidence-led approach with explicit gates to proceed, adjust, defer, or stop an initiative.

  1. 01

    Discovery & Alignment

Agree objectives, scope, stakeholders, operating constraints, and regulatory context. Decision gate: is the problem and mandate clear enough to begin assessment?

  2. 02

    Assessment & Diagnosis

Assess data, technology, people, governance, and candidate use cases against agreed criteria. Decision gate: which priorities merit validation, and which gaps must be addressed first?

  3. 03

    Roadmap & Design

Build the roadmap, solution design, hypotheses, and bounded Proof of Concept. Decision gate: proceed to pilot or implementation, adjust scope, or stop based on findings.

  4. 04

    Supervision & Scale

Oversee vendor or internal delivery against specifications, acceptance criteria, risks, and change plans. Decision gate: accept, remediate, limit release, or defer based on test evidence.

  5. 05

    Governance & Sustainability

Design roles, policies, controls, risk registers, and monitoring cycles. Decision gate: accept risk, add mitigation, constrain use, or retire the system.
