Roadmap & Design
Build the roadmap, solution design, hypotheses, and bounded Proof of Concept. Decision gate: proceed to pilot or implementation, adjust scope, or stop based on findings.
Implementation & adoption review
Review implementers’ work and evidence of system, workflow, and user readiness. Support decisions to accept, require improvements, restrict launch, or defer; implementation and change execution remain with assigned owners.
Governance across the journey
Roles, policies, controls, and risk oversight are considered from initial prioritization through use and review. Decide how residual risks are accepted, mitigated, escalated, or used to limit operation.
