Frequently Asked Questions
Direct answers on scope, deliverables, independence, and how we work.
What is the main focus of Kerjabaik Consulting?
We help organizations prioritize AI, validate solutions, review adoption readiness, and design governance. Advisory connects organizational goals with evidence, risk, decision rights, and capability transfer. Services can be commissioned separately, with governance considered from the outset.
Does Consulting provide ready-made applications or production systems?
Consulting focuses on strategic advisory. A PoC may include a bounded prototype, not a production system. In supervision engagements, development remains with the appointed vendor or internal team.
Who can use these consulting services?
Organizations that need to assess, validate, supervise, or govern AI use: government bodies, public enterprises, private companies, educational institutions, professional services, and social organizations.
How is ISO/IEC 42001 used in engagements?
ISO/IEC 42001:2023 is a voluntary AI management system standard. It can inform governance design. Its use does not guarantee certification, legal compliance, or the quality of every system output.
How do your services relate to national policy frameworks?
We map relevant national policy and sector obligations as design inputs. Specific application should be confirmed by the organization's legal, risk, or regulatory functions.
Does Kerjabaik help with PDP Law compliance?
We help map data-protection requirements, conduct scoped privacy impact assessments, and design controls. Legal compliance remains for the organization to determine with its counsel.
What is the typical duration of a consulting project?
Indicative timelines: AI Strategy & Readiness 4-8 weeks; AI Solution Design & Validation 6-12 weeks; Implementation Oversight & Adoption Readiness 3-6 months; AI Governance & Risk Management 4-8 weeks. Final timelines depend on scope, data access, and stakeholder readiness.
What methodology is used in the AI assessment?
Four dimensions: data (quality, availability, governance, and lineage), technology (compute, integration, and security architecture), people (AI literacy, skills, and change readiness), and governance (policies, ethics, and organizational structures). Findings include maturity scores, capability gap analysis, and prioritized recommendations for the organizational context.
How is the Proof of Concept process conducted?
A Proof of Concept defines hypotheses and decision criteria, prepares sample data, builds a limited prototype, runs tests, documents constraints, and recommends proceeding, adjusting, deferring, or stopping.
Can these services fit institutional procurement processes?
The engagement model can be adapted to institutional procurement. Administrative eligibility and procurement method must be confirmed for each package and applicable regulation.
What engagement models does Kerjabaik Consulting offer?
Engagements start with an initial discussion and a proposal defining deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines. Ongoing advisory contracts, training, or workshops can be agreed through separate assignments; they are not automatically included in implementation oversight.
How are Apps, Consulting, and Academy related?
Apps includes applications with distinct functions and access conditions. Consulting supports strategic AI decisions; Academy develops applied skills. Using Apps is not a prerequisite for Consulting. Affiliations are disclosed when a Kerjabaik application is considered, and options are assessed against agreed criteria.
How are AI consulting fees determined?
Fees are determined after scope, deliverables, timeline, data access, and party responsibilities are understood. The proposal states assumptions and cost components for organizational review.
